Does your child regularly drink hydralite or gastrolite
By: Barb40 (11:56 AM 05/10/2012)Something else I am curious about, is how many sgs children are bought up on hydralite? Shelley has been drinking it her whole life! Up to a liter a day! She cannot drink water for hydration it actually does the opposite! When she is looking slightly dry, we even use hydralite through her pump with volumes up to 120ml per hour. In a lot of cases, we have avoided the need for iv fluids. I do wonder though what if any adverse effects to her organs this might cause?
